A licensed architect with over 30 years of executive search experience, Lonny Rossman founded API Partners to bring expert insight to leadership hiring across the AEC and design industries. With licensure across multiple states and a background in both architecture and strategic business planning, Lonny leads senior-level searches for firms and institutions nationally and internationally. His practice is built on deep sector knowledge, discretion, and a long-standing commitment to advancing talent across all corners of the built environment.
